Are the signals fully automated or do they use human oversight?
The signals are generated on the signal platform using proprietary algorithms developed by professional traders. There is human oversight regarding the methodology and settings of the algorithms which are updated as needed based on market conditions.
What is the historical accuracy of your signals?
The accuracy of the signal alerts averages 2 out of 3 wins (67% or better) for more than 3 years of live historical trading. There is a Performance Graph on the website and in the Members Area that tracks the weekly live performance over the past 6 months.
Do you show recent past performance?
There is a Performance Graph on the website that shows performance for the most recent 6 months. It shows all signals in both sessions and provides weekly results.
What expiry times do the signals use?
You should use the exact Expiry time listed on the signal alert for your trade. Expiry times are always 45 to 60 minutes from the time you receive the signal.
How are the Signals delivered?
The deliver process that is used is SMS/text messaging and/or email. Whe you subscribe you will be given access to the Members Area where you will enter the deliver information you prefer.
Can I have the signals sent in my local time zone?
All times are listed in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). The signal has a ‘Signal Time’ on it and you should enter the trade as soon as possible within the ‘5 minute window’ based on 5 minutes from the time on that ‘Signal Time’.
If you cannot enter the trade within that ‘5 minute window’ then you should skip that trade and wait for the next signal.
Most broker platforms use GMT and that is the only relevant time for using the Expiry time, which is always 45 to 60 minutes from the Signal Time on the signal alert.

What trading sessions and times are the signals sent?
Binary Options Pro Signals offers 2 sessions of signals for 1 low subscription price. You can select either or both of these trading sessions in the Members Area:
New York Session – Signals are sent from 14:00 GMT (10:00 Eastern) to 19:00 GMT (15:00 Eastern) with Expiry in 1 Hour or less. An average of 6-9 signals are sent each market day.
European Session – Signals are sent from 8:00 GMT (4:00 Eastern) to 13:00 GMT (9:00 Eastern) with Expiry in 1 Hour or less. An average of 3-6 signals are sent each market day.
